This all started because I am a huge lover of candles, but I'm also very committed to my health-- so that's a tough combo. Truly clean candles are hard to find! Most "non-toxic" candles are made with soy wax or are labeled with "phthalate- free" fragrance. Soy is a major endocrine disrupter, and a synthetic fragrance is still synthetic, no matter how you spin it.
So I created a beeswax-coconut oil blend candle, scented with pure essential oils, and I fell in love. Each candle is such a joy to create, and knowing that my house smells good without having to worry about toxins? Well, that's a dream come true, and I hope these candles make you feel the same.
